Dreslap, SLU informs website users about its policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data collected through browsing or contracting services via its website.

In this regard, Dreslap, SLU guarantees compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, as reflected in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, and in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, approving the Regulation implementing the LOPD (LOPD: Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos).

Data Collection, Purpose, and Processing
Dreslap, SLU has the duty to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may occur, either through email submissions or by completing forms on the website. In this regard, Dreslap, SLU will be considered responsible for the data collected through the aforementioned means.
Additionally, Dreslap, SLU informs users that the purpose of processing the collected data includes: handling requests made by users, adding them to the contact list, providing services, and managing the business relationship.
Any automated or non-automated operations, procedures, and technical processes that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer, and other actions regarding personal data are considered as processing of personal data.
All personal data collected through the Dreslap, SLU website, and therefore considered as processing of personal data, will be incorporated into files declared before the Spanish Data Protection Agency by Dreslap, SLU.
Third-Party Information Sharing
Dreslap, SLU informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third-party organizations, except when such transfer is required by legal obligation or when the provision of a service necessitates a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case, data will only be transferred to the third party with the express consent of the user.
Rights of Users
The Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, grants individuals the possibility to exercise a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data.

As long as the user's data is processed by Dreslap, SLU, users may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition in accordance with the provisions of the current legal regulations on personal data protection.

To exercise these rights, the user must send a written communication, providing documentation that verifies their identity (ID card or passport), to the following address: Dreslap, SLU, Avda. Pompeu Fabra, 65, Atc. 1, Postal Code: 08820, City: El Prat de Llobregat, Province: Barcelona, or to the address that may replace it in the General Data Protection Register. This communication must include the following information: the user's full name, the specific request, their address, and verifying data.

The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may be executed by an authorized person acting as the legal representative of the user. In such cases, documentation proving this representation must be provided on behalf of the interested party.
